Established on October 2, 2003 (Registration No. CS 10243), Wevarsity Sacco operates under the Cooperative Societies Act and SASRA regulations. Membership Eligibility

Wevarsity Sacco primarily serves:

  • Academic staff from Masinde Muliro University, Kibabii University, and Kaimosi Friends University College
  • Employees of Lake Victoria North Water Services Board and ACCES
  • Residents of Kakamega Town and surrounding areas

Simple Membership Requirements

Prospective members need to provide:

  1. Completed application form (available online or at the office)
  2. Copy of National ID
  3. KRA PIN certificate
  4. One passport-sized photograph
  5. Registration fee of Kshs 500
