Established on October 2, 2003 (Registration No. CS 10243), Wevarsity Sacco operates under the Cooperative Societies Act and SASRA regulations. Membership Eligibility
Wevarsity Sacco primarily serves:
- Academic staff from Masinde Muliro University, Kibabii University, and Kaimosi Friends University College
- Employees of Lake Victoria North Water Services Board and ACCES
- Residents of Kakamega Town and surrounding areas
