Established on November 22, 2004, as Gilgil Sacco, Vision Afrika Sacco Society Limited was founded by a group of traders in Gilgil who sought to pool resources for affordable loans, bypassing exploitative lenders. Rebranded on December 23, 2010, to reflect its expanded reach across Nakuru and Nyandarua counties, the Sacco is a leading deposit-taking institution regulated by the Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA). With an asset base of KES 0.67 billion, Vision Afrika Sacco serves traders, farmers, artisans, transporters, and employees, headquartered at Rajdeep House, Nakuru.
