By dialing *502# from the mobile number linked to your Zuku account, you can:

  • Check your Zuku account balance
  • View your next payment due date
  • Access a mini-statement of recent transactions
  • Retrieve your Zuku account number
  • Upgrade or downgrade your current TV bouquet
  • Make payments via mobile money (e.g., M-Pesa) or other linked payment options

Step-by-Step Guide: How to Change Your Zuku TV Package

To switch your Zuku Satellite TV bouquet using the USSD menu:

  1. Dial *502# on your phone.
  2. Select “Account Information”, then choose either “Upgrade my Account” or “Downgrade” depending on your needs.
  3. Choose your Zuku account from the displayed list and press send.
  4. Browse through the list of available TV packages.
  5. Select your desired bouquet and confirm.
  6. You’ll receive an SMS confirmation from Zuku regarding your package change.
  7. Make payment for your new bouquet to activate it.

2. Airtel Money

  • Use the Paybill function
  • Business Name: ZUKUSAT
  • Enter your Zuku account number and payment amount
  • Confirm and submit

3. Equitel / EazzyPay

  • Select Pay Bill

  • Input your Zuku account number and payment amount
  • Confirmation will be sent via SMS (usually updates within 15 minutes to 1 hour)
