Requirements:
- A Safaricom SIM replacement card (available at Safaricom dealers nationwide for Ksh 50 for prepaid users; free for postpaid users)
- Your existing phone number
- The original SIM PIN
- An active M-PESA account (this method only works if M-PESA is active on the line)
Steps to Replace the SIM:
- Insert the new Safaricom SIM card into your phone.
