Step-by-Step: How to Check Fuliza Limit and Balance
1. Dial *234#
Make sure you’re using your active Safaricom line that’s already registered for Fuliza.
Not yet registered. You’ll need to opt-in to Fuliza first. Simply dial *234#, select Fuliza, then follow the prompts to activate the service.
2. Select Option 0 – “Fuliza M-PESA”
This takes you into the Fuliza menu, where you can manage your overdraft service.
3. Choose What You Need
- To check your Fuliza limit, select Option 1: “Check My Limit”
- To check your current Fuliza balance, select Option 2
4. Wait for the System to Process Your Request
Once submitted, Fuliza will process your request in real-time.
5. Receive an SMS Notification
In a few seconds, you’ll receive a text message from Safaricom containing:
- Your current Fuliza limit
- Your outstanding balance, if you have used the overdraft
