Eligibility for a Diplomatic Visa

  • Ghanaian diplomats accredited overseas and their eligible dependents are eligible to apply for a diplomatic visa.

Required Documents for Application

  1. A copy of the orders from the assigned post.
  2. Visa application form (must be duly completed in quadruplicate).
  3. 4 passport-size photos.
  4. Visa application form.
  5. Visa central order form.
  6. Applicant’s full name.
  7. Addresses and telephone numbers.

Steps to Apply for a Diplomatic Visa

  1. Visit the Ghana Embassy or High Commission Office:
    • Approach the Ghana Embassy or Ghana High Commission Office.
    • Obtain the visa application form from the relevant department.
  2. Complete the Application Form:
    • Fill out the form with all required information accurately.
    • Ensure that all necessary documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section are ready.
  3. Submit the Application:
