- Diplomats and government officials such as ministers, foreign service officers, chief justice, bank governor, chancellors, and vice-chancellors of state universities.
- Recognized cultural and traditional leaders, the speaker and deputy speaker of parliament, and others, along with their spouses and dependents.
Required Documents for Application
- Completed application form.
- Two recent passport-size photos.
- A letter from local council authorities.
- A valid identity document (e.g., driver’s license, national identity card).
- Proof of physical and postal addresses, including contact numbers.
- Proof of employment.
- Slip and receipt of payment.
Steps to Apply
- Obtain the Application Form:
- Visit the Ghana Visa Application Centre (VAC) or Ghana Immigration Service (GIS) office.
- Collect the application form from the center or office.
- Complete the Application Form:
- Fill out the application form accurately, making sure to affix your right thumbprint and sign it.
- Avoid making any erasures on the form to prevent rejection of your application.
- Submit Documents:
- Submit the completed form along with the required documents to your nearest Immigration office.
- Have the Immigration officer review and verify your documents in person.
- Pay the Fees:
