What Can You Do with Fuliza?
Once activated, Fuliza allows you to:
- Buy goods and services via Lipa na M-PESA
- Pay bills through Paybill numbers
- Send money to other M-PESA users
However, you cannot withdraw funds directly from Fuliza—it only supports transactional top-ups.

Fuliza M-PESA Charges: What You Need to Know
Fuliza applies two main charges:
- Access fee: 1% of the borrowed amount (charged once per transaction)
- Daily maintenance fee: Based on your outstanding Fuliza balance
Below is a breakdown of the Fuliza daily fees per borrowing band:

- Your Fuliza limit is reviewed based on your M-PESA usage and repayment history.
