In-Person Application

- Complete the Application Form
- Fill in the form accurately and submit it to the attending officer for verification and processing.
- Acknowledge Receipt and Payment
- Once the officer verifies your application, you will receive an acknowledgment payment receipt.
- Go to the designated bank to make the payment.
- Receive Your License
- If all information is correct and the payment is made, your license will be issued within 2 working days.
Online Application
- Visit the URA Web Portal
- Log in to your TIN account using your TIN and password on the URA portal.
- Under e-services, select Motor Vehicle Registration and choose Owner’s Transport Vehicle (OTV) Applications from the extended menu.
- Fill in the OTV Details
- Open the OTV details page and fill in all mandatory fields.
- Attach the necessary documents and proceed to the payment registration page.
- Select Payment Method
- Select the payment head and subhead, choose the bank and payment method, then submit the form.
