- Visit the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB)
- Begin by visiting the official Uganda Registration Services Bureau. The application form will be provided to you by the concerned officer at the office.
- Fill Out the Application Form
- Complete the application form carefully with accurate details. Note that incomplete forms will not be accepted.
- Prepare Required Documents
- Ensure you have all the necessary documents listed in the “Required Documents” section and attach photocopies with the application form. The required documents include:
