Model Y Standard Long Range RWD Details
The Model Y Standard Long Range RWD boasts 657 km of WLTP range, which is perfect for long trips. In addition to its impressive range, the vehicle offers 2,118 liters of cargo space, making it highly practical for families and travelers. More notably, it has an energy consumption rate of just 12.7 kWh per 100 km, making it the most efficient Model Y to date.

Top Gear’s Model Y Standard Review
A recent review by Top Gear highlighted the Tesla Model Y Standard’s key strengths, including its impressive real-world range, stellar infotainment system, and spacious interior. The publication noted that despite a simplified interior, the Model Y Standard still offers the qualities that have made Tesla’s vehicles popular.
Top Gear compared the Model Y Standard with its competitors in the same segment, highlighting that the Model Y is now priced similarly to many of its rivals. The Model Y Standard is priced lower than the Peugeot e-3008 and is £5k cheaper than the entry-level Audi Q4 e-tron. In comparison, the Ford Mustang Mach-E looks less competitive due to its higher price and shorter range.
This new addition to Tesla’s lineup makes the Model Y a more accessible option for a wider range of consumers, continuing to strengthen Tesla’s foothold in the European electric vehicle market.
