Overview
Founded on February 10, 1977, with 674 members and a share capital of KES 56,000, Noble Sacco has grown into a leading deposit-taking Savings and Credit Co-operative Society in Kenya. As of 2025, it serves 12,000 members with an asset base of KES 3.19 billion. Headquartered on Ronald Ngala Street next to Co-operative Bank in Eldoret, Noble Sacco offers a range of financial products through its Back Office Service Activity (BOSA), Front Office Service Activity (FOSA), and mobile banking services to support members’ economic goals.
Who Can Join?
Noble Sacco welcomes all Kenyan citizens, making membership accessible to individuals from diverse backgrounds. Whether employed, self-employed, or part of a group, anyone can join by meeting the Sacco’s straightforward requirements.
Membership Requirements
To become a member of Noble Sacco, applicants must:
- Complete a membership application form, available for download on the Sacco’s website or at its offices
- Pay a one-time membership fee of KES 500
- Contribute a monthly share amount, set at 10% of basic salary for those under a check-off system, with a minimum of KES 1,500
- Maintain an active account with regular transactions across FOSA, BOSA, or microfinance sections
- For employed members, provide a payslip to demonstrate loan repayment capacity
- Note: Loans are granted based on a member’s shares, with a multiplier of three times the share amount

- Set a personal PIN after receiving a default PIN from the Sacco
