How to Buy Goods Using Lipa na Bonga Points

Via USSD Code:

  1. Dial *126# on your Safaricom line
  2. Select Lipa na Bonga Points
  3. Choose Paybill or Till Number (depending on the business)
  4. Enter the Till/Paybill number of the merchant
  5. Enter the amount in KES (this will be converted to points)
  6. Confirm the transaction
  7. Done! You’ll receive a confirmation SMS

Via MySafaricom App:

  1. Open the MySafaricom App

  3. Select Lipa na Bonga
