Jambojet combines affordability with quality service, making air travel accessible across Kenya and beyond. With a user-friendly online booking system, flexible fare options, and extras like seat selection and baggage allowances, Jambojet caters to diverse traveler needs while maintaining high safety standards.

Steps to Book Jambojet Flights Online

Follow these straightforward steps to secure your Jambojet flight:

1. Check Flight Availability

  • Visit the Jambojet website at www.jambojet.com.
  • Locate the booking widget, prominently displayed on the homepage or top menu bar.
  • Enter your departure city and destination.
  • Choose your travel dates. For one-way trips, skip the return date; for round trips, select your return date.
  • Specify the number of passengers (adults, children, infants).
  • Select your preferred currency (e.g., Kenyan Shillings or US Dollars).
  • Click “Search” to view available flights.

2. Select Your Flights

  • Browse the displayed flights for your chosen dates, with fares clearly listed.
  • Use the arrow buttons to explore flights on nearby dates if needed.
  • Click the price button next to your preferred outbound and return flights (if applicable).
  • Review the booking summary and fare rules, visible on the right (desktop) or top (mobile) of the page.
  • To modify your search, click “Edit Search” and adjust your origin, destination, dates, or passenger details.
  • Optionally, use the “Price Lock” feature (for a small fee) to secure your fare for 24 hours if you’re not ready to book immediately.
  • Accept the terms and conditions, then click “Continue.”

3. Enter Passenger Details

  • Provide full names for all passengers, ensuring they match the ID or passport exactly.
  • Enter birth dates or ID/passport numbers as required.
  • Select baggage options. Each passenger gets one free carry-on bag (max dimensions: 55x35x25 cm). Indicate if no checked baggage is needed or add extra hold luggage for a fee.
  • Click “Continue” to proceed.

4. Choose Your Seats

  • Select preferred seats for a fee by clicking on available options. Deselect by clicking again if you change your mind.
  • Skip this step by clicking “Skip Seat Selection” at the bottom if you prefer not to choose seats.
  • Click “Continue” to move forward.

5. Provide Contact Information

  • Enter your contact details and those of other passengers, ensuring accuracy for booking confirmations and updates.
  • Verify that names match official identification documents.
  • Click “Continue” to proceed.

6. Review and Complete Payment

  • Review your itinerary, including flight details, passenger information, and total cost.
  • Choose your payment method from options like:
