Step-by-Step Application Procedure

Step 1: Create an Account on the TRIMS Self-Service Portal

Visit the TRA TRIMS Self-Service Portal.
On the homepage, click the “Register” tab (top-right corner).
Fill in all the required details on the Registration Page accurately.
Submit your request. You will receive a confirmation notification.
Once approved, login credentials will be emailed to your registered address.

Step 2: Register Your Business or Company

Log in to your TRIMS portal account.
Click on “Register an Entity”.
Complete the Entity Registration Form and upload all required documents.
Once completed, click “Next” to proceed to the Tourism License Application Form.
Fill in the form, attach necessary documents, and click “Submit”.
You will receive an acknowledgement notification once submitted.

Step 3: Application Verification by TRA

The TRA licensing department will review and verify your documents.
If all requirements are met, you will receive an approval email notification.

Step 4: Payment of License Fees

The system will generate an invoice and upload it to your account under “Invoice Management”.
Payments must be made through the official TRA payment channels (details below).
