  • Lease contract of the company premises
  • Passport copy and residence visa of the company director
  • Official request letter from the company
  • Audited financial statements
  • Bank statement for the last 6 months
  • Payment of AED 5000 via e-Dirham card

For Individuals:

  • Passport copy and valid residence visa
  • Personal request letter stating the need for the certificate
  • Bank statement for the last 6 months
  • Source of income certificate (attested)
  • Certificate from the sponsor detailing individual activity and income source

Eligibility

  • Companies registered and operating in the UAE for over one year.
  • Individuals holding valid UAE residence visas with a verifiable source of income and UAE residency history.

Fees and Payment

  • Application Fee: AED 1003 (e-Dirham payment only).
  • Company-Specific Fee: AED 5000 for corporate applications.
  • Validity: Certificates are valid for 1 calendar year from the date of issue.
