Daima Sacco Membership: Who Can Join and What You Need

Daima Sacco is one of Kenya’s leading deposit-taking cooperative societies, with a strong financial standing boasting an asset base of KSh 1.65 billion. Established on 16th April 1991 under the Co-operative Societies Act, its primary mission is to enhance members’ economic well-being by promoting savings, investments, and access to credit.

In 2010, the Sacco expanded its services by introducing Front Office Services Activity (FOSA), broadening its reach beyond tea farmers and rebranding from Mungania Tea Growers Sacco to Daima Sacco. Today, it operates under the Co-operative Societies Act 2004, Sacco Societies Act 2008, and Sacco Societies Regulations 2010, ensuring compliance and transparency in its operations.
