Founded in 1999 as a women-focused cooperative with initial member deposits as low as KES 500, Dimkes Sacco has evolved into a leading deposit-taking Savings and Credit Co-operative Society in Kenya. Licensed by the Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA), it introduced Front Office Service Activity (FOSA) in 2010 and now boasts a membership of over 29,800 with an asset base of KES 2.46 billion. Headquartered at Bishop Magua House, 5th Floor, in Kiambu Town, next to ACK St James Cathedral, Dimkes Sacco is committed to transforming lives through sustainable economic empowerment while maintaining social responsibility and high standards of automated management.

Membership Requirements
To become a member of Dimkes Sacco, applicants must:
- Complete a membership application form, available on the Sacco’s website or at any of its branches nationwide
- Submit a copy of a National ID, a passport-size photograph, and a KRA PIN certificate
- Pay a one-time membership fee of KES 500
- Contribute a minimum share capital of KES 1,000
Upon submitting the application, members receive an account number once fully registered by Sacco officers. Contributions can be made via:
- Over-the-counter payments at any branch
- M-Pesa Paybill number 804800
- Standing orders
- Sacco’s swift codes

- Register on the Sacco’s portal via their website
- Proceed to the new member registration section
- Accurately fill in all required details
- Receive an email confirmation and account number from customer service
