  1. Visit the NCA Office:
    Start by approaching the National Communications Authority (NCA) office in Ghana. You will receive the application form for the 18th European Development Fund.
  2. Complete the Application Form:
    Fill out the application form with the necessary information. Make sure all fields are properly filled out to avoid any delays.
  3. Attach Required Documents:
    The following documents are required:
    • Photo identity proof of the business operator
    • Business constitution certificate (e.g., partnership deed, certificate of incorporation)
    • Proof of premises ownership (e.g., rental agreement, NOC)
    • Food safety management system plan (if applicable)
    • List of food products manufactured or processed
    • Bank account details
    • Supporting documents, if required, such as NOC by the municipality, health NOC, etc.
  4. Pay the Application Fee:
