Step-by-Step Application Procedure
Step 1: Create an Account on the TRIMS Self-Service Portal
- Visit the TRA TRIMS Self-Service Portal.
- On the homepage, click the “Register” tab (top-right corner).
- Fill in all the required details on the Registration Page accurately.
- Submit your request. You will receive a confirmation notification.
- Once approved, login credentials will be emailed to your registered address.
Step 2: Register Your Business or Company
- Log in to your TRIMS portal account.
- Click on “Register an Entity”.
- Complete the Entity Registration Form and upload all required documents.
- Once completed, click “Next” to proceed to the Tourism License Application Form.
- Fill in the form, attach necessary documents, and click “Submit”.
- You will receive an acknowledgement notification once submitted.
Step 3: Application Verification by TRA
- The TRA licensing department will review and verify your documents.
- If all requirements are met, you will receive an approval email notification.
Step 4: Payment of License Fees
- The system will generate an invoice and upload it to your account under “Invoice Management”.
- Payments must be made through the official TRA payment channels (details below).
- After making the payment, share proof of payment with TRA.
