Founded in 1980 to serve members of the Catholic Church, Waumini Sacco is a prominent deposit-taking Savings and Credit Co-operative Society in Kenya. With an asset base exceeding KES 6.34 billion and a membership of over 33,000 across 26 Catholic Dioceses, it ranks among the country’s largest Saccos. Waumini Sacco operates four Front Office Service Activity (FOSA) branches and three liaison offices, providing accessible financial services to its members. The Sacco’s head office is located at the Applewood Adams Building on Ngong Road in Nairobi.
