Samsung is set to reveal its highly anticipated Galaxy S26 lineup during the Unpacked event on February 25, 2026, at 10am PT (9pm local time) in San Francisco. The event will be streamed live on YouTube, showcasing new smartphones, potentially some wearables and earbuds, and exciting Galaxy AI features. This year’s presentation is expected to bring impressive updates and innovations to Samsung’s flagship devices.

For those eager to get their hands on the new Galaxy S26 models, Samsung is offering a reservation program that costs nothing to join but comes with enticing perks for customers who decide to preorder. By submitting an email on Samsung’s website or app, you’ll be eligible for a $30 credit toward accessories like cases, earbuds, or chargers, once you complete a preorder. While the credit won’t reduce the price of the phones themselves, it does offer value toward additional accessories. Furthermore, customers who reserve a Galaxy S26 will also have the chance to win a $5,000 Samsung.com gift card, whether they make a purchase or not.

Maximize Savings with Trade-Ins

For those looking to save even more, the real savings come through Samsung’s trade-in program. Samsung is offering up to $900 (~ KES 116,000) in trade-in value when you preorder a Galaxy S26, a significant increase from the $700 trade-in value available for the Galaxy S24 Ultra. To qualify, your old phone must be in decent shape with normal wear and tear. The program allows you to upgrade your device at a great discount, but keep in mind that trade-ins are available for eligible devices only.

In addition to trade-in discounts, Samsung is also expected to offer potential savings of up to $150 on the Galaxy S26 series, even without a trade-in. While the exact details of this discount are still unclear, it adds another layer of potential savings for customers planning to preorder.

What to Expect from the Galaxy S26 Lineup

The Galaxy S26 lineup, which includes the S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra models, is expected to feature the latest Snapdragon processor, though this may only be available for the US models. In addition to the performance boost, Samsung is rumored to introduce faster wireless charging and a new “Privacy Display” feature on the S26 Ultra, which would allow users to shield their screen from prying eyes by making it less visible to those looking over their shoulder.

Despite initial expectations of more upgrades, reports suggest that Samsung had to scale back some features due to pricing concerns. However, the three models should cost about the same as last year’s phones, and are expected to ship sometime in March, so fans won’t have to wait long to get their hands on the new devices.

No Commitment Required for Reservation

One of the best aspects of the reservation program is that it requires no payment or commitment. If you’re even remotely interested in the Galaxy S26, registering now locks in the perks without any risk. Whether you decide to preorder or not, you’ll still benefit from the $30 accessory credit and a chance to win the $5,000 Samsung.com gift card. This makes the reservation program a no-brainer for anyone considering Samsung’s latest offering.

With the Galaxy S26 set to launch soon, the countdown to Samsung’s Unpacked event is on. Be sure to register for the reservation program and stay tuned for all the exciting announcements from the event.
