The bank’s headquarters is located in NCBA Centre, at the junction of Mara Road and Ragati Road, Upper Hill, Nairobi. NCBA Bank is active not just in Kenya, but also in Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Ivory Coast as part of NCBA Group.
