Established in 1998, Montessori Learning Centre (MLC) is a private institution nestled along Grevillea Grove, just off Brookside Drive in Westlands, Nairobi. The school combines the internationally renowned Montessori method with the British National Curriculum, offering a well-rounded and child-centred learning environment.
MLC is structured into two main sections: the Kindergarten and the Preparatory School.
- Kindergarten is divided into:
- Infant Class (6 months+),
- Toddler Class (2 years+),
- Preschooler Class (4 years+).
- Preparatory School comprises:
- Junior Prep (Years 2–4),
- Middle Prep (Years 5–6),
- Senior Prep (Years 7–8).
Admission Requirements
Enrollment at MLC depends on space availability and alignment between your child’s needs and the school’s teaching approach.
- A non-refundable registration fee is required upon application:
- Kindergarten: Ksh 5,000
- Preparatory School: Ksh 10,000
Once your child’s admission is confirmed, you will be required to pay:
- 50% of the term’s tuition fees, and
- A caution fee of Ksh 100,000 (refundable and applicable to all levels).
