Founded in 1997, Mirema School is a distinguished private Christian institution located along Mirema Drive in Roysambu, Nairobi. Renowned for its academic excellence, the school offers both day and boarding options, delivering the Kenyan Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) from playgroup to Grade 9. Fee Structure for 2025

A. Little Cabin: Playgroup (Below 3 Years) and Reception (3–4 Years)

The following fees apply to the Little Cabin program, covering tuition, a morning snack at 10:00 AM, and lunch. Full-day students also receive an afternoon snack at 3:30 PM.

  • Termly Rate (Full Day): Ksh 43,500
  • Termly Rate (Half Day): Ksh 38,500
  • Daily/Emergency Rate: Ksh 1,000
  • Registration Fee: Ksh 5,000 (one-time)
  • Book Fund (Annual):
    • Below 3 Years: Ksh 7,720
    • 3–4 Years: Ksh 9,855
  • Diary (Annual): Ksh 850
  • Insurance (Annual): Ksh 1,800
  • Milk Program (Termly): Ksh 980

B. Kindergarten, Lower School, and Middle School (PP1–Grade 6)

The following termly fees include tuition, a morning snack, lunch, swimming, and in-house activities:

  • PP1 and PP2: Ksh 40,920
  • Grades 1–3: Ksh 45,320
  • Grade 4: Ksh 46,420
  • Grade 5: Ksh 49,720
  • Grade 6: Ksh 54,295

One-Time Fees:

  • Placement Assessment: Ksh 2,500
  • Registration: Ksh 8,000
  • Caution Fee (Refundable): Ksh 5,000
  • ICT Fund for Digital Learning: Ksh 10,000

Annual Fees:

  • Student Accident Insurance Cover: Ksh 1,800
  • Diary: Ksh 850

Books and Stationery Charges (Per Year):

  • PP1: Ksh 9,045
  • PP2: Ksh 9,045
  • Grade 1: Ksh 13,117
  • Grade 2: Ksh 12,038
  • Grade 3: Ksh 13,149
  • Grade 4: Ksh 15,996
  • Grade 5: Ksh 16,010
  • Grade 6: Ksh 16,698

Milk Program (PP1–Grade 6): Ksh 980 per term

Boarding Fees (Optional, Grades 4–6):

  • Weekend-Away Boarding: Ksh 45,380 per term

C. Junior Secondary School (Grades 7–9)

The following termly fees include tuition, a morning snack, lunch, swimming, and in-house activities:

  • Grades 7 and 8: Ksh 57,635
  • Grade 9: Ksh 64,156

One-Time Fees:

  • Placement Assessment: Ksh 2,500
  • Registration: Ksh 8,000
  • Caution Fee: Ksh 5,000
  • ICT Fund for Digital Learning: Ksh 5,000

Annual Fees:

  • Student Accident Insurance Cover: Ksh 1,800
  • Diary: Ksh 850
  • Books and Stationery: Ksh 18,074

  • Zone 2 (e.g., Zimmerman-B, Rurii, Roysambu Academy): Ksh 11,851
  • Zone 3 (e.g., Kasarani, Kahawa Sukari-A, Githurai 44/45, Thome): Ksh 14,072
  • Zone 4 (e.g., Membley, Muthaiga North, Ruaka, Ridgeways): Ksh 18,517
  • Zone 5 (e.g., Ruiru Bypass, Tatu City, Kamakis): Ksh 19,986
