1. TSC Non-Salaried Members

Completed application form (available online/branches)
National ID copy
KRA PIN certificate
Appointment/recommendation letter
Biometric registration (photo/fingerprints at branch)

2. TSC Salaried Members

IG joining form
Recent payslip
Biometric registration

3. Private Sector Employees

3 months’ bank statements
Standing order to KCB Kakamega (A/C 1101757663)
Additional standard requirements

4. Self-Employed Applicants

Chief’s recommendation letter
3 months’ bank statements
