If you’re a Zuku subscriber, making timely payments ensures uninterrupted service. The good news? Safaricom’s M-Pesa Paybill service offers a quick, secure, and convenient way to settle your Zuku bills from anywhere in Kenya no need to visit an office or stand in long queues.

This expert-backed guide walks you step-by-step through the process, ensuring you pay correctly and avoid service interruptions.

Step-by-Step Guide: How to Pay for Zuku Internet Using M-Pesa

1. Go to the M-Pesa Menu on Your Phone

  • Open the SIM Toolkit on your phone or launch the M-Pesa menu in the MySafaricom App.

2. Select Lipa na M-Pesa

  • Choose Lipa na M-Pesa from the main menu.

3. Select Paybill

  • This option allows you to make payments to businesses using a business number.

4. Enter Zuku’s Paybill Number

  • Business Number: 320320 (official Zuku Paybill number in Kenya).

5. Enter Your Zuku Account Number

  • This is your Zuku Customer Account Number (you can find it on your Zuku bill, email invoice, or SMS reminder).
  • Example: If your account number is Zuku12345, enter it exactly as shown—without spaces.

6. Enter the Payment Amount

  • Key in the exact amount you wish to pay for your internet subscription.

7. Enter Your M-Pesa PIN

  • Provide your PIN to authorize the payment.

8. Confirm and Send

  • Review the details carefully before confirming the payment to avoid errors.

9. Receive Payment Confirmation

  • M-Pesa will send you an SMS confirmation.
  • Zuku will also send you a payment acknowledgment via SMS or email.

Important Tips to Ensure Successful Payment

  • Use the Correct Account Number: Payments made to the wrong account number may delay service reconnection.
  • Pay Before Due Date: To avoid service suspension, make payments at least a day before the expiry date.
  • Keep Transaction Messages: Always save the M-Pesa confirmation SMS until the payment reflects on your Zuku account.
  • Check Payment Reflection: If service doesn’t restore automatically, restart your router and wait a few minutes.
