Eligibility Criteria

- Internship Completion Certificate (Dental Form).

- Fill out the forms carefully and attach all required documents listed under the “Required Documents” section.
- Submit your application in person to the KMPDC Head Office in Nairobi.
- Pay the Application Fee
- Registration fee: Kshs. 8,000.

- Application Review
- KMPDC officers will verify your documents.
- If any discrepancies are found, your application will be returned for correction before resubmission.

- KMPDC may request additional information. Failure to provide this within the stipulated time will lead to rejection of the application.
- Approval & Certificate Issuance
- Once approved (within 14 working days), KMPDC will issue a Permanent Dental Practitioners’ Registration Certificate.
- The certificate remains valid indefinitely unless revoked, suspended, or cancelled.
- To collect your certificate, present:
- Proof of identity (ID or passport).
- The acknowledgment slip issued during application.

- Internship Completion Certificate (Dental Form).
- Copy of National ID or Passport.
- One recent colored passport-size photograph.
- Certified copies of academic and professional certificates.

- Evidence of registration from an EAC partner state (for reciprocal registration).
- Proof of payment of the Kshs. 8,000 registration fee.
- Original degree or diploma certificate (must be sighted at KMPDC offices).
