The Kenya Institute of Special Education (KISE) is a semi-autonomous institution under the Ministry of Education. Located off Kasarani-Mwiki Road in Nairobi, KISE has been a leader in special needs education since 1986. Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission into the Certificate in Kenyan Sign Language, applicants must meet the following criteria:
