Established in 1971 under the Ministry of Tourism, Bomas of Kenya serves as the nation’s premier cultural center, preserving and showcasing the diverse traditions of Kenya’s ethnic communities. Located along Forest Edge Road off Langata Road, this unique attraction offers visitors an immersive journey through Kenya’s rich cultural tapestry.

  • Operating Hours:
    • Weekdays: 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM (Cultural Shows)
    • Weekends/Holidays: 3:30 PM – 5:15 PM
    • Additional Shows: Tuesdays & Fridays 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
  • ID Requirement: Valid identification required for resident rates
