In-Person Application Procedure
- Submit Application to the Directorate of Industrial Training
- Employers should submit their applications to the Director of Industrial Training within 30 days after the commencement of the training program.
- Complete the Application Form
- Obtain the application form from the Directorate of Industrial Training or their website.
- Fill in the required details, including the type of training, the name of the employer, the nominee’s particulars (name, age, qualifications), and course details.
- Attach Required Documents
- Ensure that the following documents are attached to the application:
- National ID or passport copy of the nominated employee
- Course content and timetable
- Course proposal or admission letter from the training provider
- Trainer’s identity

- Submit the completed application along with the necessary attachments to the Directorate of Industrial Training through your institution.
- Applications for local training must be submitted at least 7 days before the start of the course, and 14 days for overseas training.

- Appeals
- If the application is rejected, employers may appeal to the Director General by providing reasonable grounds.

- Only employees on whom the UGAPRIVI Training Levy is remitted shall benefit from the certification process.

Validity
