Barista Skills Program Overview

  • Core Training (80 hours):
    • Coffee origins & varieties
    • Espresso machine operation
    • Milk texturing techniques
    • Latte art fundamentals
    • Coffee shop operations
  • Mandatory Internship (3 months):
    • Placement at partner coffee houses
    • Real-world service experience
