Main Functions of the Nursing Council of Kenya

The Nursing Council of Kenya undertakes a wide range of responsibilities that are essential to ensuring safe and effective nursing and midwifery services across the country. Below are its key functions:

  1. Regulation of Nursing and Midwifery Practice
    The Council sets and enforces standards for the education and professional conduct of nurses and midwives in Kenya.
