The National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement (NYOTA) project is a flagship initiative by the Government of Kenya, designed to support vulnerable youth who are currently unemployed or out of school. The program’s main goal is to increase access to employment, equip youth with practical skills, promote income-generating activities, and encourage a saving culture, especially among young people with limited formal education.
