Membership Requirements

Documentation Needed

1. Identification:
   • National ID/Alien ID/Passport
   • Birth certificate (for minor accounts)
2. KRA PIN certificate
3. Two passport-sized photographs
4. Proof of income:
   • Recent payslip
   • Employment letter
   • M-Pesa/bank statement

Registration Process

• Complete membership application form
• Pay required fees:
  • KSh 1,500 (BOSA + FOSA)
  • KSh 500 (FOSA only)

1. Select Lipa na M-Pesa
2. Choose Paybill
3. Enter Business No: 275233
4. Input Account No: 23*01
5. Specify amount (KSh 1,500 or KSh 500)
6. Confirm transaction
