Membership Application Process
Joining VetLab Sports Club involves a straightforward yet thorough process to ensure a seamless integration into the community:
- Recommendation: A current member (the proposer) submits a letter recommending the applicant.
- Application: The applicant completes an application form, available on the club’s website, and submits it along with:
- Two passport-sized photos
- A photocopy of their National ID
- A CV
- A cheque for the applicable fees
- Signatures from a proposer and a seconder
- Induction: The applicant and proposer attend an induction session with the Board of Directors, held on the first Wednesday of each month.
- Notice Period: The application, with the applicant’s photo, is displayed on the club’s notice board for one month.
- Balloting: The applicant, accompanied by the proposer, attends a balloting session for membership approval.
- Approval and Access: Once approved and the final payment is cleared, the applicant gains full access to the club’s facilities.
For joint memberships, a photocopy of the marriage certificate is required. Corporate memberships necessitate an introduction letter from the company and a CR12 document.
